I am experiencing issues with a Wacom tablet
Q: What do I do if I am experiencing problems with my Wacom Tablet?
A: If you are experiencing issues with a device that is outside of our 30 day returns period but within warranty you will need to log the issue directly with Wacom.
You should log your case on their website; http://www.wacom.eu/index4.asp?mailto=46009&pid=26&lang=en or contact their customer service team on 0207 744 08 31.
You will be provided with a case reference and will be contacted directly by Wacom, who will try to resolve the issue. If they are unable to resolve the issue and the item is deemed faulty, they will arrange return under warranty. If they ask you to send your tablet to Germany, Wex Photographic will be happy to send it on your behalf. We would need a copy of the email from Wacom with the RMA information. Please contact our customer service team on 01603 486413 who can then arrange the collection of the tablet and for the shipping to Germany. Wacom state testing and repair might take up to 15 working days plus transport in both directions.
Items outside of our 30 days returns period should not be returned directly to Wex Photographic unless you already have an RMA number and have contacted our customer service team. Items returned to Wex Photographic outside of 30 days without an RMA number will be returned to the customer and they will be asked to contact Wacom.
