I am experiencing issues with my Nikon camera

Q: What do I do if I am experiencing problems with my Nikon Camera?

A: If you are experiencing issues with a Nikon camera or lens that is outside of our 30 day returns period but within the products warranty it is recommended that you contact Nikon directly. 

If you are unable to resolve the issue you are experiencing using the Support Centre or Download Centre sections of their website and need to return your equipment to Nikon for examination or repair, this can be arranged online by clicking the following link;
(You will need to know your product model and serial number before you can complete registration.)
Once you have completed the online returns form, Nikon will arrange for the free return of your product. Once Nikon have received your product, they will inform you and also provide you with details which will enable you to check the progress of your return/repair.
If you wish, you can send your faulty Nikon item to Wex Photographic and we can send it onto Nikon on your behalf, but you would not receive details to track the return. If you would rather Wex Photograhic facilitate the return, please contact us on 01603 486413.
