I am experiencing issues with a LaCie Hard Drive
Q: What do I do if I am experiencing problems with my LaCie Product?
A: If your LaCie product is less than 30 days old, we are able to replace it but ask that you contact LaCie support first before we are able to arrange the return and replacement/refund.
If your item is over 30 days old, you will need to contact LaCie directly.
If they are unable to resolve the issue, LaCie will facilitate the repairs/replacements under warranty directly.
We are unable to deal with any warranty issues on LaCie products outside of 30 days. Any items returned that are returned to Wex Photographic after 30 days will be returned to the customer who will be asked to contact LaCie directly.
