Changing Your Password

  1. Visit our website wexphotographic.com
  2. In the top right corner of the webpage click on "My Account"
  3. Login with the E-Mail Address and Password
  4. Underneath your "Recent Orders" list you will see a section entitled "Change Password" where you will be asked to input your old password, select a new password and then confirm the new password: 
  5. As soon as you have entered the appropriate details you will receive a confirmation message on screen

Resetting Your Password

  1. Visit our website wexphotographic.com
  2. In the top right corner of the webpage click on "My Account"
  3. To the right of that page you will see two blue boxes, the second of which asks you to submit your email address.
  4. Enter the email address that we have for your account on our system and press "Submit"
  5. You will then receive an email from us to that email address with a link included.
  6. Click on that link from the email and you will then have a new webpage loaded up that will ask you to submit a new password.

Our Customer Service Team are unable to change or reset your password for you over Email, LiveChat or Telephone however, you can request that a Reset Password Email is sent.
