Q: How do I change my billing and/or delivery address?
A: We are unable to change an address that has already been used on a previous order. However, when you are placing a new order you will receive the option to input a new billing or delivery address.
Changing Your Address via My Account
When you are placing an order online and go through the checkout process you can amend:
1. "Your Details" - Name and Telephone Number
2. "Billing Address"
3. "Delivery Address" - if different from Billing
4. "Delivery Options" - the service for delivery
From that point on the addresses as you have entered them will remain your default options.
Changing Your Address via Telephone
If you phone our Customer Service Team on 01603 486413 to place a new order we will ask you for the postcode that you previously ordered with to find you on our systems and then we will ask you for the new billing and/or delivery addresses.
