I am experiencing issues with a GoPro product

Q: What do I do if I am experiencing problems with my GoPro Product?

If you are still unable to resolve the issue then please contact the Go Pro helpline on: 020 7084 9725 or 0800 845 6998. You can also contact GoPro via live or email http://gopro.com/help/PKBContactus. Here you can obtain advice and hopefully a solution to the problem you are experiencing.

If they are unable to resolve the issue over the phone, GoPro will facilitate the repairs/replacements under warranty. 
If your GoPro is less than 30 days old, we are able to replace it but ask that you contact GoPro support first before we are able to arrange the return and replacement/refund.
We are unable to deal with any warranty issues on GoPro products outside of 30 days. Any items returned that are returned to Wex Photographic after 30 days will be returned to the customer who will be asked to contact GoPro directly.
