Q: What do I do if I am experiencing issues with my Epson Printer?
A: If your Epson printer is less than 30 days old, we are able to replace it but ask that you contact Epson support first before we are able to arrange the return and replacement/refund in order to confirm the printer is faulty. Epson will provide you with a reference.
If your item is over 30 days old, you will need to contact Epson directly for support;
If they are unable to resolve the issue, Epson will facilitate the repairs/replacements under warranty directly.
We are unable to deal with any warranty issues on Epson products outside of 30 days. Any items returned that are returned to Wex Photographic after 30 days will be returned and the customer will need to contact Epson directly.
