I am experiencing issues with an Apple product

Q: What do I do if I am experiencing issues with my Apple Product?

A: If your Apple product is less than 30 days old, we are able to replace it but ask that you contact Apple support first before we are able to arrange the return and replacement/refund. Wex will inspect and check items that are returned to verify the fault before a replacement is issued.

If your item is over 30 days old, you will need to contact Apple directly for warranty support.
If they are unable to resolve the issue, Apple will facilitate the repairs/replacements under warranty directly. 
We are unable to deal with any warranty issues on Apple products outside of 30 days. Any items returned that are returned to Wex Photographic after 30 days will be returned to the customer who will be asked to contact Apple directly.
