Q. I am experiencing an issue with an LG monitor, what can I do about it?

A. We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your LG monitor, we can confirm that most LG monitors come with a 24 month warranty. Depending on how long you have had the product will determine what to do next:

If your LG monitor is less than 30 days old, we are able to replace it but ask that you contact LG support first before we are able to arrange the return and replacement/refund.   http://www.lg.com/uk/support/contact/telephone

If they confirm the item is faulty and you have owned it less than 30 days please contact us on 01603 486413 and we can arrange the return.

If your item is over 30 days old, you will need to contact LG directly to arrange a warranty repair.

Follow the instructions online to submit a warranty repair request. Once approved LG will arrange for the collection of the monitor from you under warranty. Repairs tend to take around 2 weeks to turn around.

We are unable to deal with any warranty issues on LG products outside of 30 days. Any items returned that are returned to Wex Photographic after 30 days will be returned to the customer who will be asked to contact LG directly
